In the tradition of Blade Runner, Blade II, Minority Report and I, Robot... The police force of the future has been privatized to help the government crack down on dissidents. The Consolidated Police and Security Corporation uses the latest technological tools to monitor citizens and remove threats. But all is not what it seems. An assassin has evaded all the high-tech security measures -- even the all-seeing surveillance cameras have no record of the killer's movements. The killer is not human.

Now the elite team must track down the android, but a sinister government plot threatens to kill everyone involved.

A veteran officer, detective Michael Kelly (Daryl Boling) is adjusting to the profit-driven police force and to his new partner, Jane Sikorski (Doris Hicks). They have just been assigned to a top-priority murder investigation.

The beautiful and mysterious Athena initiates Kelly into the world of "assassin androids." These biomechanical devices were government creations, but are now becoming sentient and working to bring down the system that created them. Kelly eventually learns of a government plot to destroy the assassin androids... will he betray the androids, or join them?
