Julian, a young and ambitious mob boss, has claimed half of Los Angeles from Vinnie Mastrantonio, the head of an established rival crime family. Although Vinnie would like to put a halt to Julian's advances, the two families somehow manage to keep an uneasy peace.

Haggerty and Murtaugh, two ruthless businessmen engaged in a corporate takeover battle, make a deal with Julian to take out their competitor, Conrad, so they can take over the company.

While Julian targets Conrad's beautiful love interest, Isabel, as a way to get to Conrad, Haggerty and Murtaugh double-cross Julian by making a deal with Vinnie to kill Julian after he has eliminated Conrad.

Although Julian is using Isabel as bait to destroy Conrad, it turns out that Isabel has a deadlier agenda of her own and is using Julian as a sacrificial lamb.

The cold war between Julian and Vinnie turns hot as Vinnie goes on an all-out attack, and just as Isabel and Julian are close to achieving their respective goals, the unthinkable happens... they fall in love.

To achieve their goals, Isabel and Julian must destroy each other, but backing off is not an option. What should they do? Get ready for unpredictable explosive conclusion in this hair-raising saga where all is fair in love and war.
